DESCRIPTION
During 5 very practical and intensive days we refresh all basic winter progression techniques, orientation, survival skills and high altitude safety measures. Through a preoperational part and theoretical classes previous to the activity, participants are stimulated to plan and guide the activity themselves. The supervision by an experienced UIMLA certified EspírituNATURE guide guarantees the safety and learning processes during the trip.
Apart from winter survival techniques we will treat important issues as leadership, group dynamics and feedback, this really is an opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Being very intensive and physically demanding, this trip has been designed for people with previous experiences in winter conditions or at least, with a flexible and positive mind-set.

PROGRAM
Activity preparation:
At home, all students will prepare a material list, nutrition plan, emergency plan and prepare the entire route plan digitally. Online guidance for this is available.
Day 1
In a 4-hour session we discuss and correct the work prepared and will come to a final collective version of each the segments. Material revision and transport to location of activity.
Accommodation: Mountain refuges
Day 2
Mini expedition: progression, activities and overnight bivouac
Day 3
Mini expedition: progression, activities and overnight bivouac
Day 4
Mini expedition: progression, activities and overnight stay in mountain refuge
Day 5
Evaluation and transport to Madrid
